- Legal and regulatory authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RD TechBridge, our clients, or others.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand Site usage and measure advertising performance. Full details, including how to opt out, are available in our Cookie Policy.

- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
California residents: To the extent the CCPA/CPRA applies to our business, you have the rights described above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption, secure cloud infrastructure with access controls (AWS with IAM role-based permissions), and limited internal access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including social media pages and client sites we have built. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
11. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no accepted industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them.
